After a bit of a losing streak, fans were unenthusiastic about the upcoming season. To get them excited again, we created a diecut direct mailer for Wake Forest basketball with the recipient's name custom-printed on the jersey back, making them "part of the team" as well as promoting the new season's uniform upgrade. The mailer was extremely successful, with 99% of recipients renewing their season tickets.
